Yes, the mark the amount as pending when you order. They will remove it when they cancel the order. Of course, they cancel the order quickly, but take their time to remove the "block". It is a way of stopping you going over any limits imposed by the card.0 -

RRP: £71.99 Price: £39.99
Sorry - looks like there's 3.90 postage on top of that, and it's possible there's just the one.
Edit 2: I was using http://www.brickset.com/buy/UK/Amazon/ and I didn't think they covered 3rd party prices, so I'll be more careful from now on.
Bought it in Northampton Tesco today for £44.66Now proud Mumto3 :j0 -
Bit of a long shot, but does anyone have the John Lewis product code for the Star Wars Slave 1 set that was on offer at the beginning of December? Maybe it's on the receipt or order history or someone has a screen print of the item page.
I've got the url (http://www.johnlewis.com/230978248/Product.aspx) but 230978248 is not the product code.
Thanks0 -

Hi everyone, i am trying to make a lego table for my son to play at and am really struggling to find the base plates I want - I think I've tried everywhere - all the obvious places. any ideas? I am looking for 32x32 pin bases in blue, green, red and yellow to make a table similar to the kidkraft one and hopefully save myself a fair bit of cash. Thanks xx0

Blue and Green base plates 32x32 are available on the Lego.com website at £6.99 each.
Can't find the other two colours on the Lego website - you could trying calling them, or one of the Lego shops (eg Bluewater) to see if they make / stock them, as I can't seem to find them elsewhere

Cheaper at Amazon for the green (£6.30, Tesco £5.97 but oos), and no delivery charge

And Blue £6.10 at John Lewis

If I'm reading this chart correct, red and yellow don't seem to be available to buy.

There was a red 32x32 plate in the 1978 hospital set... but doubt you'll find many of them, and if you did, the price would probably not be cheap.0 -

Red ones are available on bricklink but they are very expensive, about £10 plus postage for a used one.0 -

Wilkinsons had green ones £7.49 with 50% off in their Christmas sale, sadly out of stock now but may be worth checking in store if one local to you??0
