I`m a customer of Npower`s and despite trying to find several ways through i cant contact them by email to complain about the conflicting info re direct debit payments they have sent me. Their "Customer Service" contact form always comes up saying it does`nt recognise my account. (i understand why they have a low customer…

Yeah I need the NPower email address as they have just installed a Baxi Boiler and I need it to register online for the7 year warranty. I rang my local NPower office and they did not know their email address, they told me to look it up on the official NPower website, which is no good as they don't publish one. Buttocks.
