Npower email contact

I`m a customer of Npower`s and despite trying to find several ways through i cant contact them by email to complain about the conflicting info re direct debit payments they have sent me.
Their "Customer Service" contact form always comes up saying it does`nt recognise my account. (i understand why they have a low customer service feedback :(rating)
I REFUSE to pay for 0845 calls after the one call I did make gave me a little short of useless service assistant who could not answer my query.
Anyone have any other email address`s?
Any help appreciated.
Thanks Joe

Try saynoto0870.com for an alternative number

However, you'll get the same people as you'd get using 0845 number (which you class as "useless")

If they also do not recognise your account number when you emailed them, then emailing again to another email address isn't going to help. I'd suggest writing to them in letter form, and give as much info as you can including the supply address as billed and hopefully they will be able to help you. You can find their address details on their website.

    Hi joetheminor,

It's worrying to read you are having problems getting in touch with us.

If you want to send me your account details to forumresponse@npower.com and an overview of your query, I can get this looked into for you.

    Best wishes

    Sally :)

    Hi

Register on the npower website. When you log in there is a contact us link. I usually email them and like a previous poster, I get a call within a day or two.

    Dear Npower

I have just returned home from being away for several months only to open 'demanding' letters regarding the 'tests' needed to my gas meter. I have no problem with this inspection but I do with the threatening and overall tone of your letters. You were informed many months ago that we do not vacate at the property for many weeks of the year since the previous tenants moved out in January 2013, yet it seems to have fallen on deaf ears !

Should you wish to inspect the meter, please contact me via my email address as to when is suitable for me when we will be here instead of your acidic letters.

    A very angry 'customer'

I know this is only your 4th post (under this account ;)) since joining this site some 8 years ago, and your first post since 2011, but was there really a need to resurrect this 2 year old thread?

Anyway, in answer to your post, you can always provide an energy company with an alternative mailing address ;)

cant say any company that sends mass inspection letters reads notes first, op its for your own saftey
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
