rubbish estate agents - what can i do?

Hi my first post! we sold our hold the first week of June to first time buyers. We then found a house, and an offer was accepted on it the last week of June. The people we are buying off have relocated and the house is only 5 or 6 years old. we are now the 22nd August and still have no date to move, basically the people we are buying offs estate agent/solicitor our horrendous:mad:! We have been very patient but I have now lost my temper and am going to ring up in the morning. Any advice to get them moving?
