Well one I read was for free weekend postage - but looks like you've missed that now - unless they do one every weekend?

I finally was able to place an order (ok, 4!) on Friday afternoon using free delivery code and paid by debit card - checked my bank account this morning and they've charged me delivery! Had no phonecall or e-mail to say code was not valid. The orders were spread out over the afternoon but I have so far only had one charge to the card - the other three orders have not appeared.

Oh dear - thats bad luck - I suppose you could always cancel The orders - or get them retuned - shame there is so much confusion over the codes.
First order I couldn't figure where to put it (but had bag so was happy).
Then two next orders with small items and chocs went through ok with free postage but the last one on Friday got charged - but code showed on order the same as before - so no rhyme or reason.

Boo, placed an order on Friday and it has just completed on PayPal with the delivery charge. Oh well

Well had my 'charged for' parcel this a.m. - had chocs for free but no brown paper that I had paid for - plus the p&p of course - so will email now.

I was expecting an early wake up call for my chocs to be delivered this morning so got up early and no sign of them yet, bit of a pain as I need to go out soon.

Just received mine too!

Very happy with the service, will definitely use tis company again as the products are great quality. The Academic diary is great for £1 and the free chocolates are just a big bonus well worth the delivery charge.

My orders are still pending at paypal from Friday afternoon..... no idea whats happening!!

I don't mind paying postage but just want to know whats happening and I don't want to call them!:cool:

Hopefully they are working through the backlog of orders now and it will change soon!!
