I think it depends if you get a 'Jobsworth' processing your order, then there's a high chance they will say ANY code has expired!!

ordered one to my place and got one fine, ordered one to a relative's so they can make use of the offer, their account says it was delivered but no delivery? tried to call viking direct but must be closed. anyone know where the post might be? there is a place to leave it but doesn't seem to be anywhere.

I remember an earlier poster saying that her delivery had been left in the bin ! You could try there

the dustbin would be an awful place to look but i can't see why they would do that. we have a place in front of the door (safe place to put it and very easy to find) and wrote it on the instructions. annoying coz i can't call them today and don't know the invoice number to send them a email.

will they be open on monday or is it closed on bank holiday?

I would assume they might be closed. I had to sign for mine but nice driver said he'd leave mine somewhere in future if I wanted and no need to sign - btu I didn't mean the bin - I leave my car open - quite country lane!

They won't be open until tuesday. I've had four free P&P as a personal customer to home but when I ordered to work as a business client they left a message on the work number:eek: machine to say there are NO free delivery codes & they would charge me. Never mind it's still a great deal.
