i ordered as a personal customer and got charged delivery which i don't mind, but my relative got charged nothing lol, then my other relative didn't either. still want to order more but not sure why there are codes if they don't work.

if i use the same debit card for different people who don't live in my house, can i place an order? because invoice and delivery i keep the same and my card isn't registered on their address.

enter your address/where debit card is registered to in the 'invoice address' section.

enter your friend's address in the 'delivery address' section.

i used the same debit card to order 4 times to my house and twice to my mother in laws (add a bit of variety to life ) all in my name. all have gone through at free delivery with the Q-24 code and the bank has been debited 23p per transaction. I then tried to place another order, but forgot the code. The "new" code I found was Q-28. Within an hour of putting my order in, I had a phone call saying that code didn't work so I just cancelled the order and left it at that. This is a very welcome glitch as I normally buy 6 of these at Christmas anyway for all my grandparents / old aunts etc. So saved me some pennies and I am very grateful.

I've had six tubs delivered so far, only one without free delivery, so thank you! Also haven't eaten a single chocolate! They're sat here in front of me and I'm not even tempted (I'll be fat at Christmas though...).

I only put through one order and used the Q-28 code. I have a business account and I placed the order on Friday.
