How long does a Virgin Mobile credit check take?

Hi,

I applied online for a pay monthly phone with Virgin Mobile yesterday, and still haven't heard anything. When I applied online, I requested delivery tomorrow so am not sure whether to stay in and wait or not.
I tried ringing them, but was holding for so long I gave up!
Should I take it that I have failed the check as I haven't heard anything? I did get the initial email saying that they have received the order and would be in touch.

Best thing to do is if you didnt have an email by tomorrow morning phone virgin. Keep holding on until you get through to someone.

I've run out of credit hanging on for 25 minutes to them, so cannot call back sadly! which is why I thought I'd check this site to see if anyone had had a Virgin Mobile credit check, and how long it took them to get a response.
