Carphone Warehouse Contract Issue

Hi, I am having a problem with Carphone Warehouse and the fact they renewed my phone contract, even though I asked them to cancel it (twice) and they are refusing to give me back the money taken through direct debit. Does anyone know where I can go to for help/advice? Thank you.

I know that CPW used to have a joint sirtime contract with O2 payable to CPW, but I believe that stopped.
Which network are you with and exactly who is the DD taken by?
Normally it is the network that you have to cancel airtime with, not the reseller.0 -
It was 02 through Carphone Warehouse. DD was CPW LTD -RE O2. I was told twice thought by them that my contarct would not be renewed. Then when it had been and I rang them they told me they would sort. Heard nothing else from them (no bills etc) till I discovered money taken from account.

Firstly, contact your bank and ask for an immediate refund quoting the DD guarantee. Don't cancel the DD. Keep claiming refunds if they charge you again.
