Tesco .... Not had a Bill

My Tesco phone bill should have been around mid December and paid early January. Not had anything yet.

It seems that they have changed carrier and the old website is no longer available so I can't check my bill or even log into the new site until I get a bill.

Anyone else not (or have) been billed lately ? :confused:

    Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.

    I haven't had a Tesco Home phone bill for December but I did get a surprise large direct debit which Tesco then followed up a week later with an email saying that it was a mistake. Also, the Tesco Home Phone website has been revamped and none of the original logins work anymore so you can't get online to check things out. The "reregister" option on the new look website doesn't work and customer support can't help either. :(:(:( Good job Tesco don't do brewery tours.
