Primus Phone/Broadband

I'm in the process of changing to Primus as my service provider for phone and broadband. When my partner enquired about how long it would take for the change over, he was told that once the phone was switched over, which would take approximately 2 weeks, then the broadband would be switched between 7-10 days after. He then chased this last week and was told that in fact the broadband was changed over between 10 - 14 days and that it was "working" days and didn't include the weekend. I then enquired last night as we are still waiting and was told the broadband switches over between 14-21 working days. So, now been given a date - 3 weeks after the phone goes over - no internet for that time. On phoning today to make a general enquiry as a "new" customer, I was told it takes up to 15 days to switch the broadband over once the phone is connected. When I asked whether this was 15 "working" days I was told that it was 15 days and this included weekends. Ummm, seems they are liars ! Not impressed so far - PRIMUS, give me my broadband.
