Hi all, I received the parking fine notice from my council and would like to ask for your advice. If I read the traffic sign correctly, then I could park my car on the right hand side of the road after 10 am during weekdays. That was what I did. However, I still received the fine notice. What would have happened, for example, had the OP arrived from the opposite direction? Surely this would have led him to identify the "sides"of the road in the opposite way that he has. The OP has made no suggestion that the sign had been twisted around. Although I would still recommending that they appeal I have to say that this is probably the most eccentric interpretation of a road sign I've heard for some time.

My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
