Argos have just told me they won't be refunding ANY money if you buy it at the full price and they are not reducing them..... I think I may of had a stroppy cow who's fed up of the calls

I just rang argos central number and they said you can get the 7 day price match guarantee and the 30 day refund. Sounds good to me!

I don't think a PC / tablet should tick any of the boxes for non-refundable (unsealed software, etc.)

Staples website is back up. The Touchpad that was in my basket has disappeared and so has any reference to the HP Touchpad, so I guess they're all gone

Same problem here, had one in the basket then couldn't reload the site.... I shall keep trying elsewhere though!

I was told the same by a friendly bloke who is also awaiting them to go down, the last brief he said they have says argos paid more from hp so are not reducing them or refunding the difference if bought at full price

They are about, you need to be quick and lucky when prices drop
