£89 HP touchpad

I bought one. The Tablet is £134 and I can cope with that. Plus the extras. We really need a second internet thing so the kids can do homework at the same time!
Dont forget Quidco and there is also a 5% discount code on Quidco/PC World on all Tablets (not iPad) so it reduces it by £10.
Sis you manage to get the tablet without the bundle?0 -
it's not worth the £249 .... the accessories were half price until they decided to withhold them .... so £115 + £35 + 20 = £170. They're making an extra £80 out of this touchpad.
Indeed they or someone is, but there are limited options available to buy now. Knock off the 5% discount (so £232.55) and you are paying around the same as it is currently costing on eBay for the touchpad plus get the charger and case thrown into the deal.
If you want one then it seems unlikely now that there will be more stock at £89/£115/£159 as all retailers will have seen that the demand is there for paying more (even where the rrp is still the firesale price) and therefore if they can make more profit they are likely to take the opportunity?

I went for it and bought the 32gb in the end - Approx £230 after cashback and the code TABLET5.
My family are giving me money this Christmas so they're giving me it early to pay for this. Happy Christmas everyoneI :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!

I suspect more of these will appear on the market soon, I work at HP and they're offering these to staff from Monday at £69 for the 16gb and £109 for the 32gb. They've only got 300 of the the 16gb so they'll go quickly, but they've got 5700 of the 32gb so I doubt they'll get rid of all those to staff.Addicted to moneysaving! :rotfl:0

It's one per person and I'm after one for myself, but see if you can find someone else who works at HP and make friends with them quickly!Addicted to moneysaving! :rotfl:0 -

At £109 they'll go .... there's more than 6000 staff at HP UK .... but of course those that bought before cannot buy again but I'm sure they'll be resourceful and get around this.0 -

Any sign of the 64g arriving please? Only a few seem to have hit the market but CPW, Tesco and Argos had them in their catalogues as arriving mid-August or mid-September (price on HP dropped to £159 for 64gb).
Does anyone know what happened to the Argos delivery of 32gb (I know it has gone off the site but it was showing on their stock system)?
Many thanks
