she should think herself lucky, my neighbours dog and cat both use my garden as a toilet. My six year old saw her in the garden and shouted "your dog poos in my garden", she said "I know but I come and pick it up" My son replied "no you don't I just stood in some and got it on my trampoline". I nearly died of embarrassment and couldn't get to the back door quick enough. And yes the trampoline was covered and I spent ages scraping it out of the grooves in his trainer!
It had the desired result though, I very rarely see any poo in the garden now0 -
Either as said above throw it back or take it over on a bit of newspaper then set it on fire ring the door bell, run and watch for the laugh0

My cats use every other garden but ours! I have offered to, and do pick up their mess, and I can only imagine how frustrating it can be! But there are TONS of cats round here - more than one per house (I have 2) -and since I live in little old lady ville, there are loads of cats! Its hard to keep track of who poos where, when they are all visiting everyone!I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

Well cats can be very annoying to non-cat owners which may have explained the extreme reaction of throwing the poo back over.
You might want to come to some sort of arrangement if possible so that it doesn't harm either your or your neighbour's quality of life in the long term.0
