Dr. Shipman, alas, chose the wrong targets. Had it been lethal injections to clampers and PPC-rats, even I might have covered for him!0 -
I hope the clampers are having fun. These are their last days, with a bit of luck, Colonel Gaddafi may still be Libyan leader to see the private clamping dissolved. The government need to move on with this bill however if they wish for things to change that quickly. Leave Schedule 4 to us - he who was brave enough to ignore his charge in the first place must surely know that as driver he still has his rights by Contract Law.0

Oh and our dear friend Flipper is still at the helm.Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!0 -
I've asked the question several times and never got anything approaching a coherent explanation. When you recall the somewhat "eccentric" incidents we've had over the last couple of years involving PPC's and clampers that originate from the Preston/Chorley/Blackburn area (does anyone remember PCN-UK, then Vibe Leisure for example?) and now Trevor (again) is there something up there we should know about? Is the River Lune closer than we think? My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
