Hello all, since receiving my invoice from the above, too late in the day, I've listed the numbers of times they have attempted to contact me via phone and texts. I have also received the letters too. But they seemed to have dried up, it's just the phone harrassment at present. I hope this is of service to help people see the amount of money they are wasting!

Hi, Its Roxburghe on the texts and Grahame White on the phone. I've actually only spoken 3 times to them, by mistake normally they just ring a couple of times then hang up.

I would have thought that that number of calls and texts amounts to harassment . If they do call again tell them that the "debt" is denied and any another calls will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Thanks for that, I will do next time I'm blinsided by a new number prefix. On the whole I do just ignore them.

But ignoring the letters is one thing, ignoring the phone calls means they keep on harassing you - and they are breaking the law. Stop them!

Do as trisontana says and also mention that you know Roxburghe are already on a warning from the OfT who are minded to revoke their CCA licence. Use the 'harassment' word and the wording trisontana said already, i.e. 'the alleged debt is DENIED'.

Rude and vulgar abuse will halt the calls, £3.90per hour only buys so much abuse they can take, they call your phone, they put up with what you give them.

Thanks for the advice, I think I'll just get my mobile number changed in a few weeks, after I've done the Debt is denied and harrassment verbal. That'll stymie them for even longer as my cars been crushed so the DVLA route will be no good to them this time.

Good idea. Speak to Roxburghe, I see they've got quite a few phones. I hope they pay their bills...with that many simcards they can open a mobile phone store!

They can call it: Graham White Phones & Debt Scams Ltd.

To everyone - why not write use a few those mobile numbers and use them for online forms - especially no win no fee lawyer operations. They'll be keen to contact someone who 'has been in an accident'.
