Transfer SIM from iPhone 3G to newer iPhone?
Options
Hello. I have a question I hope someone can help me with.
I'm currently with O2 and I'm free of contract with a deal that includes unlimited data and also meets my other needs well.
I have an iPhone 3G (which I'm *really* keen to replace) and am waiting to see what the outcome of the next iPhone release is (updated version of iPhone 4 or an iPhone 5).
However, while waiting and browsing I've noticed that 'unlimited data' deals seem to be less common now, especially in conjunction with iPhones.
My question is this: If, when the iPhone 5 is released and I decide I'd like one, is it possible to just buy the phone without a contract and transfer the SIM card from my iPhone 3G into it and carry on with the current deal with O2, or is there no option but to enter into a new contract period?

You can either cut the extra plastic from the old sim (google for this) or ask the network to replace it with a new micro-sim.0

Yes in other words
make sure if you buy one that it is a 02 or unlocked to any network iphone
or your sim won't work
like said above you will need to cut the sim down because they are a lot smaller for the iphone 4 and above.Nobody is Perfect. I am Nobody, therefore I am Perfect.0
