Ryanair: London to Biarritz, questions

I've never booked a flight before (yes, really! Never!), however, I've occasionally read posts about Ryanair or seen things in the paper about how you need to be pretty clued up to not get fleeced...

So, I can see from the website what the cost is - £42 quid or so but now I want to get a handle of what the real cost will be. I'm not looking for an exact figure, I just want to see from the outset roughly how much a holiday in Biarritz might cost.

I'd be looking to go for a week so would require luggage, just the sort of size you'd usually be allowed to take on a BA flight or something.

Any help much appreciated!

Thanks.

    Thanks for that, fun reading!

This one sounds a little dark:
Oxygen Reservation Fee: - per passenger/per reservation

FREE if you book via the net though!

It says n/a which means you can't book oxygen via the net and have to call them.

You needn't pay a penny more if you:
    a. take hand luggage only (you can have up to 10kg but watch the dimensions)
    b. pre arm yourself with a MasterCard pre pay card
    c. decline priority boarding and their travel insurance
    d. take your own food on board
