I keep reading about all the problems with various mobile phone companies regarding cashback.
There must be some good ones out there?

I've dealt with carphone warehouse and my mum has used e2save and mobileshop and we've got cashback fine from all of them

Some of the more reliable companies don't have much 12 months free offers at present. But I would add One stop Phone Shop, and Dial a Phone to the list.

Hi there, I've used E2Save several times, and haven't had much problem getting cashback. It has, however, got increasingly complex and they've only one such deal available at the moment (Virgin 50 mins/100 text on a Motorola L6).

One Stop Phone Shop is also run by the Carphone Warehouse. A lot of the other dealers don't let you send in copies of bills, so if you lose the originals then you're stuck!

I'd hang around for a bit if you can - and see if any decent offers come up within the next month or so.

You will get different answers on different forums for who to trust and who not to trust.

It is best to stick to big companies like CarPhone Warehouse (e2Save is owned by Carphone warehoue), Phones4U etc...


Check out their t&c and if you know you can stick to them to the word then you should be fine and get a good deal in the end.

It is when people miss the deadline or send in the wrong bill where the trouble starts and then they have their opinion about that company really when they didn't follow the t&c and they missed out.
