Orange upgrade 2G SIM cards to 3G ones

I have an OVP Virgin SIM and Orange has just sent me a new 3G SIM!

It looks like they're upgrading those with old 2G SIMs.

Just make sure they haven't change your plan. They've been trying to get rid of OVP for years. Once you've used the sim you've agreed to the new plan (IF they have changed it).

The Q&A flyer enclosed explicitly says that the plan will stay the same.

I too received the new 3G sim from them today and must admit was very wary but as dave above says the FAQ's flier is quite explicit in the fact that the plan stays the same.There's even a £5 bonus credit available for changing the sim over before 16th September.

They're upgrading people who are using 2g sims in 3g phones, the only thing that will change is the sim itself, everything else stays the same
