Why wont Vodafone replace my faulty phone when I am still within contract?

    What i take from your post is that you have retained your Tocco F480 as Vodafone would not have provided you this handset 12 months ago. Experience tells me that you agreed to a 12 months Sim Only agreement or discounted line rental which does not extend the warranty of your handset for a further 12 months.

    Unfortunately, your handset does no longer seem to be in the manufacturers warranty period, therefore, you would need to pay to have the handset fixed which, I believe will cost around £65 if you use Vodafone.

    vodafone dont do the repairs, they sent to places like MPRC, the manufacture pays for it.
    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
  • If you organise the repair over the telephone or in a Vodafone store you will be charged £65 for this model. Vodafone will then send the handset to UTL who will repair the handset.
