    cooking-mamma - those potato puffs look good and I lioke the idea of a baked potato as well, thanks.

    ceebeeby, we cooked it until the eggs were hard but I suppose that's all down to preference really.

    ive got a feeling they were firm, not runny yolk, but i used to love this, i cannot believe she cant remember it
