I'm so stupid - Orange not giving me the right minutes

Ok...this is gonna sound so stupid and careless of me.... I just noticed on my orange bill I'm getting only 100mins....but the guy in the orange shop gave me 200 mins.... thing is - I've been in my contract for 12months already and have only noticed....I just got charged for going over 66mins... I'm a bit confused to be honest..

I also want to cancel my orange care as I don't need it... I should only be paying £17 a month but this month I got charged £41... with additional usage cost of 13 and extras at 6 (orange care).....the 13 additional £ for usage says 66mins chargeable calls...I'm a bit confused by all this - can someone help me?

Monthly charge £17
Additional usage £13
Extras £6
Total £36

So where does £41 come from.

I have their PAYG with canary packages, so topping up by £10 a month gives 100 minutes

Sorry forgot to say VAT of £6 .... didn't put exact figures so might be few pence here or there but it came to total of 41.90....

VAT on £36 is £7.20 so still does not add up. Anyway if you have used the contact for a year with 100 minutes and not noticed it I don't see what you can do other than speak to Orange if you think the contact was for 200 minutes. Although how you will prove it after a year is anyone guess as it was verbal.

Have you got the paperwork from the shop, if it shows 200 minutes then ask orange for a refund.

Only send a copy if orange want to see the paperwork, or maybe ask the shop to deal with orange

The VAT was only chargeable to £29 ... I'm not sure on how they got that but that's what it said on the bill...

I did get some paperwork - handwritten by the guy in the orange shop - he used the paper stuff as their computer system wasn't working properly at the time.... I'm guessin if I get this then it's simple as getting a refund and getting my mins that I should be getting...?
