Phone stopped ringing

I got a LG-T310 from Groupon recently. Have been very happy with it until last week when it's suddenly stopped audibly ringing when I receive calls. Vibration still works. Tried all sorts of setting, and a reset. Support on LG's website is pathetic. Anyone else had this problem?

Doesn't matter now. Found a way round it. Changed Profile from Normal to a customised one. Seems to have done the trick.0

Glad you got it sorted, just check the settings within the normal profile eg the ring volume, I notice with my wildfire that the ring volume is linked to the sat nav volume
the satio the volume settings are independant. 0
