Top Savings Accounts page not displaying correctly

The "Top Savings Accounts" page:
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/savings-accounts-best-interest

does not display correctly in Firefox 3.6

The sections of the page under "Specialised alternatives" show a horizontal scrollbar that overlaps the text "See full list of accounts", whereas it appear a vertical scrollbar is needed.
