Blackberry 9000 and above pay monthly deal pls

Hello guys, I would like a reasonably priced pay monthly deal for the above phone. Average 600 minutes and 3000 text and the data mb thing inclusive. My provider o2 say they can only offer me 37.50 per month, I have found £20 as the best so far, can anyone help with a better offer please, i am willing to consider paying more upfront but getting cashback for example.
