Internet phone landline number providers?

Hello
I'm thinking of moving to an IP phone altogether but I would still like to have a landline number to get some incoming calls in addition to the mobile. I see skype are selling numbers for about 30euros per year. Is there anyone else doing that? I looked at Voipstunt but they do not appear to do that.

www.sipgate.co.uk were doing free geographic numbers, no charge to set up, had mine a year and never topped up with any moneyEx forum ambassador
