Android Change/Hide ID advice please...

Hi - i have samsung galaxy s2 and been using app but been banned from for breaking the t&c, i heard that can change id with android id changer to get multiple apps/games or access apps again? Anyone know how do this?

Android ID Changer won't help if you have been banned from Android Market, your access to Android Market is linked to your gmail account (as are any apps you have paid for or use).

Im ok on the market its just a social network ap that banned me but when i delete the ap and reload they still know its me...

There are a multitude of ways to ban you, your Android ID is just one of them but it is unlikely they would choose that option as you could simply sell the handset and replace it with another.
The most likely method they have used is to ban your gmail account (which will be linked to that app), so the only way out for you now is to reset the phone back to default (you'll need to do that in order to remove your current gmail account), create another gmail account, start over again, and don't breach the T&C's this time (or at least try a bit harder not to get caught).

Very easy to monitor your IMEI, and also quite easy to use it as a method of banning access to any given computer.
If your IMEI has been banned, then only a replacement handset will circumvent that.
