ebay is still being really odd for me.

    keep getting http:1 error messages.

Hope my account hasn't been suspended - there's a lot of it about at the mo.

I did have perfect feedback but got a neg from a chap who says his item didn't arrive; shame he didn't contact me first to sort it out.

    Hi Princess,
Don't worry about the feedback. There's always some numpty out there who feels the need to have a dig, and the easiest way is at your feedback. I have found that sending an email to confirm I'm about to send their item through the post, and asking them if there are any problems to contact me via email in the first place to give me a chance to resolve matters. I had a couple of things get broken in the post last year, despite bubble wrap and cardboard boxes, but I gave them a full refund, and posted this in feedback for other customers to see.

I don't think there was any way of pleasing this buyer! He sent me several abusive emails saying he was a flood victim who had been ripped off by builders and now by me, and he was gonna jump off the Humber Bridge!

This was after I had refunded him the £1.50 he paid for the item!

I must admit this made me chuckle as well. That £1.50 must have really pushed him over the edge

Yeah I had to laugh in the end.

I like to think if something like that happened to me I'd manage a proportionate response to whatever else life could throw at me, always reasoning it couldn't be as bad.

Ok so i managed to sell a £10 arcadia voucher (from Pigsback!) for £9 (+50p postage) and £4 luncheon vouchers (everyone knows where they are from lol) for £3.45 (+ 50p postage!) so ive made £15 ish just by selling vouchers that cost me nothing in the first place! Dh and i are in the process of decluttering our house so anything i cant find a need for is going on ebay this week!
