Used it once and don't see the point, ordered in the evening, went to pick up 2 items the next day at lunchtime, they weren't put aside and the counter guy spent 20mins wandering slowly round the store shelves looking for the items (harddisk devices which are normally at the front end of the store), I could of done it myself in 5mins.

Well received a response from PC World customer services.

Asked me for details of the product and how much I had paid and when I had bought it.
Pointed out that I hadn't bought it and all these details were in my complaint but not really relevant.

They replied that collect at store wasn't guaranteed with a generic response.
Obviously hadn't read my emails - I guess this is a standard response. Ask for details even if they are already supplied then send the standard email and close the complaint.

Easy to see why the store service is so poor if this is that attitude of the corporation.

No they couldn't have just picked up one from next door, yes they are part of the same group of companies but operate totally independently :)

But thy could have told me to go there if they had been interested in service.
