  • As we had asked our guests for gift vouchers instead of presents. I wanted somewhere safe for our wedding guests to put their cards.

    We had a cardboard box, cut a slot in the top, spray painted it silver, added personalised ribbon in our colour scheme to make it look like a parcel and then added foam roses and table gems to make it look a bit more fancy

    Sadly I can't find any good pics, and It's up in the attic now, where I'm too scared to go because of the spiders, might beg OH to go get it down later lol

    This was mine, not any where near as nice as others have posted, but it did the job and I had loads of lovely comments. The box is very thick and was a free gift when I bought birthday cards from a company years ago. It could be dressed up as much as you wanted really. The paper looks like an old leather effect but doesnt look very good on pics. Bit disappointing really as I love it. Going to a good home if anyone wants to pay just postage cost

    The rose heart garland has gold diamantes which dont seem to show up but I was very happy with how it looked.
