Ive been feeling a lot like that lately. Ive distracted myself by redoing my whole home up. Getting rid of lots of things and repainting. Its given me less time to think and at this moment in time that what a need. A distraction.0

Setting small goals/targets/achievements? Watching a good comedy (or, failing that, just smiling - at everything!). Hobbies? Reading something interesting? Music (but, nothing melancholly) Dancing! Brisk walks (with an Ipod and upbeat music). Joining a club. Doing something kind for someone else (but not telling them
).
Hope you find a way which suits you.0 -

Swimming, gardening and decorating. I had some really poop times recently and these three things as well as love and support of my family and friends have helped me to get out on the other side.

I love having a dvd box set on the go - a bit of escapism. Also the episodes are not too long and you can easily watch one early in the morning, middle of the night or whenever you need a distraction.
I would also second a walk in the fresh air, no matter what the weather. It blows away cobwebs.:rotfl:0 -
Visiting friends and family, planning and/or booking a trip away, going to the gym, getting stuff done on the house. That's what I am trying to do as going through a depressing time.Hope you are feeling a bit happier soon.x٩(•̮̮̃•̃)۶ ٩(-̮̮̃-̃)۶ ٩(●̮̮̃•̃)۶ ٩(͡๏̯͡๏)۶ ٩(-̮̮̃•̃)۶ :EasterBun0

forcing urself to do things is the key, what ever it is, go for a walk to the local shop, visit a friend, just call a friend, get out, and make urself do things.0

Yep defo force yourself to do things, it's really easy to just sit around and while away a day.
Whatever you do big or small try to do something for you every day.

I have some feel-good music that I stick on - ABBA, Take That, Queen, S Club 7, Weather Girls etc - only the upbeat stuff... and then I sing along at the top of my voice.
That gets the pulse racing (and the neighbours twitching) - a good sing really lifts the old spirits.
