LOL. LOL. LOL.
Disabled with a baby and partying every night. I don't think so. She sounds like a neighbour that any decent. hard-working taxpayer wouldn't want to live next door to.
Perhaps the looney liberal-left bleeding-heart do-gooders would give her a room in their (taxpayer-funded) house?:happyhear0 -
If she was really worried about being evicted she wouldn't be partying all night with loud music and making a nuisance of herself.0

She 16 years old, practicaly still a kid, she wouldnt even be thinking about eviction or that she is causing a nuisance, all she is interested in is having a good time. Unless she is told face to face that its getting the OP down she will just carry on. Maybe you were very sensible at that age but most 16 year olds havent a clue that their good times can upset others.
When I was 16 I would have killed to have my own little place that I could hold a party in for my friends with out having parents shouting up telling me to keep the noise down.0 -

She's 16... Little more than a child. As a society we have decided that she is not responsible enough to drive a car, have credit (or an AST tenancy), marry, watch certain films, get a tattoo, etc etc etc. She probably has little idea of the consequences of her actions or the impact they may have on others.0 -
Tell her you know she is on her final warning and that just one more party-night will see you complaining to the LL and having her kicked-out.
The shock of being made intentionally homeless (which means the Local Authority will wash their hands of her regarding housing) might make her realize you are not joking.Never Knowingly Understood.
