Any reason not to buy from play.com (which says they have stock currently) and simply return it if the price doesn't drop?
Chasing a supplier who's already dropped the price seems nearly impossible...

All of them are from America though. UK ones will start popping up tomorrow once people who got them from Dixons (or maybe other sites, if they dispatch today) put them online.0 -

Just to let everyone know, I reserved one at the full price yesterday and collected it just now from Comet. They charged me the offer price only so extremely happy with the staff and services from Comet.0

Hi all. Never done this before so hope it works! I was told by the Argos manager at Birstall, Leeds this morning that they are unable to reduce the price until they get a bulletin/email from Head Office giving them permission. However, if they do not get permission today there is a good chance it will happen tonight as they always update price changes on a Tuesday night (didn't say what time!) He said the best way of finding out was on the Argos website and the stores will soon follow. I have two on reserve in Bradford until tomorrow teatime so I'm still hopeful. Hope this information is correct.0

I don't think it's official though?
play.com is likely last chance saloon now as most of the other big players offers have come and gone0 -
I have one being despatched from tesco at full price and one from amazon waiting on stock at full price. if either or both refuse to drop then I guess I'll be refusing delivery.
Is there anything in tesco terms and conditions that I could use to get them to drop their price?0
