If HP are refunding the difference to those that paid full price in the US / Australia etc. , you could always gamble on buying from somewhere like Tesco direct today. Worst case is you return within 28 days for a full refund if unopened? Best is a c. £250 refund making the tablet £100?? (plus CC points ;-) )0

Hi guys, sat in comet now, the manager has gone to see if he can find me more info. He did confirm if I bought now and the price dropped I could get the difference back within 14 days from a price promise thing. He also said if I left it unopened I could get a full refund within 28 days.0

which is strange considering HP Germany dropped their prices.
Are you sure? I've checked HP Germany and Amazon.de several times today and have never seen the discounted price.
