I have just bought one of these from my local Argos shop for my 5 year old:
http://www.argos.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Search?storeId=10001&catalogId=10001&langId=-1&searchTerms=juice+box
they can not be ordered online but are in stores,
they are £5.99 with a free extra media chip, when these first came out around 2 years ago they cost around £75 / £80 just for the juice box player and you had to buy the mp3 starter kit seperately
in stores they have them in there reduced leaflet(back page I think)
you also get a free "media chip" which are a cartridge thing you plug into the juice box, they have cartoons on them, kids next door, ed edd and eddy, billy and mandy,yu gi oh,teenage turtles etc,
the media chips are also for sale at £2.99 each
they are nothing like high tech but good for young ones,
it comes with the mp3 starter kit(has a 32mb card with it,but you can put in up to 512mb,also has a card reader to plug into pc,usb cable, software,)so you can download music on it or photos.
the package has the following info on it:
Mp3 & JPEG compatible,HIgh res colour screen,
internal speaker, you can also plug in headphones(not included),
it takes 3 x aa batteries, but also has a hole to plug into wall(no plug thing with it though).

Argos have the cartridges for £2.99 and it says assortment, they probably have more than one title, ask to view 3 or for and see if they have different ones.0

yes thats what I did, then you can choose which ones you want.
also they are selling the on ebay but they are more expensive on there,
I think they have more choice(eg:music ones and other programmes)in america , so if you are thinking of buying on ebay choose worldwide(no idea of costs there or import duties though)0 -
are you sure this is acutally what you get, as argos are full of ,,,,
twice this week they have lied and said something was in stock when it wasnt, and didnt even bother to tell me that the order wasnt going to be fufilled, and they had no intention of doing so. I had reserved something and they then told me i couldnt have what was advertised as it was a misprint. it was the v smile joystick & game (see other argos thread). i think i'll be informing trading standards for false advertising, on that one, anyone know how i should go about doing that effectively?0 -
I am off to the USA in feb so I will look out for other cartridges...good price for my 4 year old who wants to use his sisters ipod all the time0

you get media player, mp3 starter kit and a free media chip(you probably have to order the chip with it but it is free , if they say not then point it out on the leaflet.0 -

It doesn't mention a free media chip online though, which leaflet is it in.0 -
Haha £5.. When they first came back I got one for free (I was asked to test it out), they're an absolute load of s**t - but I guess worth it for £5...0
