How good are T-Mobile at Retentions?

Hi all,
My 12 month Sim Only Contract is coming to an end in November, and was told to call in October otherwise the price would go up.

I currently pay £7.66 and recieve,

600 Mins,
500 Texts
3GB Internet
1 Free Booster (Unlimited Texts)

I was wondering how good T-mobile are at upgrades and retentions, and if I can get that same plan again for another 12 months or better?

What are some good retention/upgrade offers others have recieved?
