Obtaining PAC

Sorry if it's a daft question but if I obtain a PAC from my network, then use it with a new provider do I then have to go back to the original network and give them 30 days notice?

Also is obtaining PAC taken by the network as 30 days notice?

My contract has ended and I'm hoping to get a deal but want to clarify before I act.

It's either a notice or a PAC, but either way you have to pay for 30 days since contacting the network:
