How to get the best 3 in 1 deal?

Hi Folks
I am with Virgin Media at the moment for my TV package, Phone, and broad band package. I roughly pay £70 each month for these services, on top of my normal phone useage.
This figure is roughly made up as follows -
Line Rental - £13.90
Free 0845/0870 calls - £2
TV package (includes some cartoon & movie channels) - £14
Sky Sports 1,2,3,4 - £22.50
Internet access - £18.75
Talk Unlimited - £8
Do you think this is a good deal?
Do you think I would get a better deal if I split up the 3 - phone, broad, and tv package and got them from 3 different providers?
I know that Virgin Media offer some deals to new customers, so would it be a good idea to leave Virgin, and join up again (as a new customer!), after a few days/weeks?
Thanks in advance for your response
Please excuse me if I am posting this to the wrong thread
