o2 Broadband / Home Phone retention offer

I'm coming to the end of a 12 month dual contract on the following terms (prices also include o2 mobile phone discount + maybe further loyalty discount - been with them for over 2 years):
12 months free Broadband (top end Home BB Pro package)
12 months Home Phone + Anytime Calls Package £13.25 a month
The renewal I've been offered is not as favourable but still looks reasonable:
9 months free Broadband (6 months free + £66 upfront credit)
3 months x £22
12 months Home Phone + Anytime Calls Package £13.50 a month
This was a first offer so I'm wondering whether there's room for further negotiation based upon others experience.
I also mentioned the traffic shaping that I'd read about and he said new contract would be unaffected i.e. remain on previous terms in this regard. Thanks in advance for any comments.

Hi
i am about to call O2 retentions to see what they'[re willing to offer... I'm on a legacy Premium contract and want to stay on it, but I also want home phone.
Did you get a better offer ? And did they keep you on the old contract - without traffic management ? I can't believe they've offered you nearly a year of free broadband !?
Thanks for posting & hope you see this ,
Ron.

You won't be able to take up home phone and keep your legacy product.0 -

Remained on the legacy product with no improved offer i.e. 9 months free BB. I did move down to mid Premium legacy product which helped keep costs down to £13 month so upfront £39 credit then first 6 months free and last 6 months at £13 month. Overall very happy with the cost & BB service.0
