pretty much nothing in Port Talbot (always the same)..
No frozen veg or meat of any kind (including the tuna steaks) which i was really rather annoyed about.
We did manage to get some jars of gherkins, gravy and cranberry sauce though for 10p each. Thats all they had though, nothing else.
At least we got something i suppose

McDougalls 450g shortcrust pastry mix, (just add water) down to 10p from 89p. Never tried it before as making own is so simple, but this is cheaper per 100g that their value flour! Sell by date of June 08.

Tesco Cheltenham, are selling off their Frozen packs of Tuna Steaks at 10p. They look good to me.0

Keep hearing about these bargain frozen tuna steaks, but can't find any out here.
Cheltenham's close, but too far to travel with frozen fish, even in a cool bag!

Had 4 of these @75p each last week from East Anglian store.
They are superb.

1kg weight, 2 rack Finest With Apricot and Cranberry Crumb - were £10.99. Finishing one tonight.
not in my east anglian store, they are £2.50p. did get some onions and gerkins though. no gravy which is what i went in for but did get some chickens. thise onions certainly live up to their description !! no pringles or chocolate either so guess i'll be eating pickles and chicken.A happy wife, and mum to 2 lovely little boys :j0 -
