Reliable Collections told me they wouldn't accept my offer and were passing it on to a third party. Sort of hoped i'd have more chance of having charges stopped if they did this but seems they've changed their mind. Just received an income and expenditure form from them. Should i fill it in or ignore it in the hope they will sell the debts on0

Kefalos this is the way it works, they try to get money out of you and if they can't they pass it on for some other mob of numpties to have a go. Unfortunately they will eat you alive unless you start to quote a few laws and bite back. Phone the FO, tell them that they are loading on these charges for no good reason, tell them your circumstances and complain. This is a route you have available to make your life easier, they are very unlikely to take you to court for these amounts and if they have to respond to an FO complaint it costs them money as well. I have done this and got all my extra interest and charges refunded and some compensation for my "pain and suffering".
