  • but kefalos you answered the phone and went through security so you spoke to him. Take a note of the number and don't answer the phone if its them, alternatively don't pass security and they can't talk to you. There are rules to help protect you from numpties like this but you got to use them. Send your letter again or look seriously at UE, i would certainly not let this situation continue.

dont tell them your considering br,also your well within your rights to pay £1 token payments whilst you save for the fees.
if it helps i paid token payments for 6 months to several creditors and a month before br i cancelled that and paid nothing. most of their threats are just that threats.

Another quick question. Since we cancelled the DMP about 6 weeks ago we've not heard anything at all from our creditors. Do we contact them or just sit tight and wait to hear from them?

Hopefully about 3 months. Just so scary! Once we're 100% sure think we'll need to save every penny for fees

Just checked my statement and they've added 2 lots of £12 and £39 service charge all on the same day on one acccount and similar on the other. My £5 payments wont really help there. Not heard anything more yet so i'll keep paying as you advised

i was with them for a jd williams account and they accepted £5 off me

cab wrote to them and they removed the charges as well
