need new LIMITED contract

hi,
need a new contract for friend.
they are not good on unlimited calls etc so was looking at a limited contract.
(so would stop or limit calls/text once hit a limit).

can we do this, or do they not bother?

The word "we" worries me. That implies you are either taking it out for them or acting as a guarantor. I seriously wouldn't.

Yes the company Tesco Mobile is jointly owned by supermarket chain Tesco and network O2,and piggy backs on the o2 network.

The T-Mobile U-Fix deals seem quite good, The contract is only for 12 months and includes phones such as Blackberry etc, and if you go via Quidco you get £80 cashback.

If they do reach their limit then the only way they can continue to makes calls etc, is to buy a PAYG top up card.
