Legall you dont stand any where if you do not want the item any more because it is lag. However if the item is fault then you can have a full refund or an exchance. Some XBOX 360 live game lag out. Not as Internet connection but as RAM lag. The game am taking about is PDZ.

ONe of the main causes for lag or game issues when playing on LIVE is the status of ur NAT.

Go into the network settings on the xbox and run the LIVE test. that will tell you the status of your connection.

The best status is OPEN.

The other issue could be because you are runnign ur 360 through your pcs internet connection rather than through a router. (just a suggestion, this slowed my games down no end)

lag is not something you will get away with stating as a return reason.

if you simply have changed your mind on the product and is not faulty then there is no consumers rights. Shops only do it as a ggodwill.
