Hello all,
Yesterday lunchtime I booked and paid for a dream break away for next week via Travel Republic's website.
Travel Republic act as a 1 stop travel shop combining, low cost carriers , hotels, transfers etc.
In this instance the flights booked are with Ryanair.
I paid all via credit card and received the confirmation emails.
However this morning I discovered and email sent at 22:15 last night advising the cost of the flights I have 'booked' have gone up and requesting an additional £25 per person.
Can someone advise if this is acceptable, as I booked the package at the price quoted at the time of booking, I is not my issue if it has taken Travel Republic a further 10hrs to actually book the flights I booked with them..?:(
Is this something for trading standards to follow up..
Thank you in advance,
Z
