blue badge parking clock

Hi,

my auntie has a blue badge which was printed for her on the one stop shop , today when she wants to use it the driver found out that she doesnt have the parking disc or clock which came with the blue badge , the one stop shop gave her only the blue and the white badges without the clock
what she should do now, can she call the blue badge permits office to ask for one to be sent to her by post as she is desable and doesnt go out often , or she has to go to the one stop shop ?

thank you

You dont need the blue clock, just a clock to show what time you arrived as its the badge that gives you "rights" but she can still ask for one.

How did the one stop shop authorise the BB while you wait?

My council always check with Blackpool and thats the only passport for a BB, form wise takes even longer.

Since it's difficult for your aunt to get out, I'd suggest phoning first to find out if a clock can be posted. then if it can't, she'll know she's to go to the One Stop Shop.

  • Glad you arranged a clock to be posted.

You do need the clock sometimes when parking. I have received a parking ticket for not displaying the clock!

You should of received a booklet with the BB and this explains the times you need to display the clock alongside the BB.
