...as for anything to put on your body - organic is the way. Use what's around you i.e. fruit, flowers, vegetables, grains....
There's nothing better than olive oil soapThis post just goes to show that they don't give a monkies about what it does to us!

a few years ago i got a lavender gift set for christmas - the packaging was lovely - but i hate lavender - the shower gel and bubble bath sat in my bathroom looking pretty untill the colour began to fade and was then used to clean the bathroom - it worked a treat!!Dogs return to eat their vomit, just as fools repeat their foolishness. There is no more hope for a fool than for someone who says, "i am really clever!"0

I bought some of the Tesco value shower gel, it works a treat. I also use any unwanted bath products to clean the loo, waste not want not.£180.00 in 'sistercas'fund
Hope is like the sun, which, as we journey toward it, casts the shadow of our burden behind us.

Or an ironmongers of they still exist.
Some small shops still like to hold it though.

Morrisons used always to sell the simple green bar soap.0 -
Will have a look next time we're there, we also use inappropriate products when they are handy
1001 carpet cleaner is excellent on the gas cooker top, takes the grease right off in literally one wipe, and I'm pretty certain there isn't any difference between shower gel and hair & body gel, it does your hair just fine whatever it says on the package.
Do not wash your hair with "Shield" though, oh boy, I thought it was all going to snap off, it felt like barbed wire. Strip that oil coat!"There is no substitute for time."

Sometimes called Fairy, Sunlight or Household soap. It is pure soap and much better for getting stains out if you rub before putting in the washing machine.:(
They stopped making Fairy Green Household Soap in 2009. There's an eBay store that still has a supply of it but it's expensive stuff now! A quick search on eBay for "fairy household soap" will bring it up. The eBay store is called "Hard-2-Find-Store"0
