Orange lost my phone, what do I do?
Options
Posted this several places and haven't really got an answer so aint holding out much hope here either. Basically Orange killed my local transmitter so they let me out of contract early, had to send the phone back, so sent it back Special Delivery and was signed, it wasn't however scanned in and no one knows where its at, I have proof it was signed but they are not interested, they won't cancel the contract and I now have no phone. I went as high as the CEO who also palmed me of with rubbish, as far as they are concerned I have not returned the phone even though its been signed for.
So as I say its an awkward one, but hopefully someone can help, only thing I can think of is to report it stolen but kind hard when its the operator who has stole it, Royal mail won't do anything as its been delivered.

I doubt you spoke to the CEO, follow the internal Orange complaint procedure, if that fails you need to complain to CISAS, the ombudsman Orange use0

Unless it's been delivered to the wrong address.
Shouldn't really happen if it's a business address, but I've been asked to sign for stuff at my home and it didn't even have my address on - simple human error.
Send off a scanned copy of the sig. and a copy of the tracking number.............maybe they'll change their stance??
Good luck.
